Jan Egeland on Rio+20

Jan Egeland, the Europe Director and Deputy-Director of Human Rights Watch left the United Nations in late 2006 where he served as Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs. However Mr. Egeland will be attending the Rio + 20 Summit wearing a UN hat once again as member of a WMO´s High-level Taskforce for the Global Framework for Climate Services. Mr. Egeland answered questions on Rio + 20, Human Rights and Climate services.
