The Asia-Pacific Population Journal published three times a year is one of the few primary journals published by the UNESCAP (UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific) secretariat. It focuses on bringing out the policy and programme implications of population research in the Asia and Pacific region.

Prepared by the Population and Social Integration Section of the Emerging Social Issues Division of UNESCAP, with support from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) it is published six times a year and targets key readers and selected personnel and organizations in the population field.
