ITF International Poster Competition 2013 – 2014

30April-compStudents of art and design from participating countries will be invited to submit original posters on the theme “Keeping the Memory Alive – Journeys through the Holocaust” in keeping with the 2014 designated theme of the United Nations Holocaust and Outreach Programme.

The 12 highest ranking posters will enjoy high-profile display around the world. Prizes will be awarded for winning designs and the posters will be exhibited extensively.

Migrant Domestic Workers in Europe Photo Contest - photo credits: flickr/kikomantisThe International Migration Programme of the ILO is organizing a photo contest in order to explore and to showcase the important and positive contributions that migrant domestic workers in Europe make to the societies they live in. The photographs should bring about a positive image of domestic work and migration and demonstrate the character and resilience of these workers.

The ILO are inviting anyone residing in Europe and over the age of 18 to participate.

FAO-forestsThe objective of this photo contest is to create awareness worldwide of the meaning behind Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation and its linkages to food security. The contest seeks to gather the most endowed and inspired talents from all over the world, that can convey the notions and related topics of REDD+ and food.

Photographers worldwide are requested to submit individual photos inspired by one theme: Nurture forests for the future -Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD+) for Food Security.

The Adobe Youth Voices Aspire Awards UNICEF Challenge is looking to provide three youth led projects with grants to support the implementation of innovative initiatives.

The competition is open to youth aged 13 to 19.
