24th ICPCUNEP is inviting young artists all over the world to participate in the 24th International Children's Painting Competition. The theme this year is ‘We have the power!’ which focuses on sustainable energy. The competition is open to children aged 9 to 14 years and deadline for submission is 31 May 2015.

pluralplusThe United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) again invite the world’s youth to submit original and creative videos focusing on PLURAL+ themes: migration, diversity and social inclusion.

Recognizing youth as powerful agents of social change in a world often characterized by intolerance, and cultural and religious divisions, PLURAL+ invites youth to address key challenges related to migrant integration, inclusiveness, identity, diversity, human rights and social cohesiveness, both at local and global levels. Young people up to 25 years old are invited to submit short videos of five minutes maximum in length.

UNESCO - Airbus Fly Your Ideas Partnership

fyi-logoNow in its fourth edition, Fly Your Ideas invites students worldwide to innovate for the future of aviation. Over a series of progressively challenging rounds, teams work with Airbus mentors and experts towards the live final in June 2015. Participants will have the chance to work with Airbus innovators to develop their ideas further throughout the competition. The winning team will receive €30,000 (approx. US$40,000).
