UN in your language


The Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies, in partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the UN Association Flanders Belgium kindly invite you to the High-Level Public Lecture on  "Key Challenges for Global Protection of Labour Rights" by Mr Gilbert Houngbo, Deputy Director-General of the ILO. 

The lecture is chaired by Prof. Dr. Roger Blanpain (KU Leuven / Tilburg University). The event will take place on Thursday 20 February 2014, 17:00 – 18:30 at The Leuven Institute for Ireland in Europe Janseniusstraat 1, 3000 Leuven, Belgium.

Participation is free but prior online registration is required by 18 February 2014.

The lecture is part of an International Workshop on "Fostering Labor Rights in the Global Economy: Multidisciplinary Perspectives on the Effectiveness of Transnational Public and Private Policy Initiatives".
