Policy debate and launch of Plan International's report and global campaign on girls' education, Because I am a Girl. European Parliament ASP building, room A5e-3. To launch Plan's global Because I am a Girl campaign, our panel of experts highlight the role of girls' education in meeting the EU's development targets and discuss how the barriers girls face in accessing, and completing, a quality basic education can be overcome.
