What? Launch (under embargo) of International Narcotics Control Board 2011 Annual Report
Drug abuse and social exclusion is one of the central themes of the 2011 INCB Annual Report. The report also warns of illegal Internet pharmacies targeting young audiences
via social media and highlights regional aspects.
