The Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami (GEJET) has caused widespread damage to Japan and also political, social and economic impact in the world. This Symposium aims to report on the real situation on the GEJET and share the information with European people. Both Japanese and European researchers will discuss ways to build safer and resilient society against mega disaster.
