UN in your language

Elyx is a virtual character who looks at the world with interest and good humour. Drawn in a very simple style, Elyx can express a great number of different expressions.

Elyx-PAQUERETTE Created three years ago by the French artist YAK, Elyx is published every day on social media and has over 45,000 followers. Elyx does not speak, has no nationality, race or sex, and is therefore a universal character, comprehensible by all everywhere.

Human Rights Day 2014 - #rights365

On 10 December every year, Human Rights Day commemorates the date on which the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), proclaiming its principles as the “common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations.”

To mark this year's observance we've partnered with YAK to produce a UDHR booklet as seen by #Elyx.
